The official trailer offers a preview of the three characters that are tangled in a life-and-death showdown inside the hospital. Han, played by Wallace Chung, is a gangster suspected of multiple homicides and armed robberies who realises his own defeat in a showdown with the police and shoots his own head to force them to bring him to the hospital.

Vicki Zhao’s character, Zhau, is a young surgeon who is desperate to revive her self-worth and career after a failed operation cost the life of a patient. Officer Lok, played by Louis Koo, is a policemen who sees through Han’s plan to refuse the operation and treatment in order to bide time for his gang’s breakout attempt to rescue him. The officer plays along in a bloody showdown to capture Han and the rest of the gangsters.
