After 20 Years, Cast Reunites for New Action Movie GOLDEN JOB

On and off screen, the brotherhood of Hong Kong stars, Ekin Cheng, Jordan Chan, Michael Tse, Chin Ka-lok, and Jerry Lamb is surely admirable. 20 years after the original series Young & Dangerous, the five gear up again for another action movie – Golden Job.

The excitement of the 90’s fans for this reunion is unimaginable. Though this new movie release is not related to the original mafia series, it will give its loyal fans and new audience a story set on a modern society. Of course, still featuring the theme of brotherhood.

For these five actors, age is just a number and they are still up to an action challenge. Each of them play different thrilling roles in this upcoming movie. Ekin Cheng will star as “Lion” the team leader, Jordan Chan will play as an explosives expert named “Crater,” Michael Tse is intelligence officer “Bill,” Jerry Lamb is computer hacker “Mouse,” and Chin Ka-lok is the getaway driver “Calm.”

In this action movie, the five plan on hijacking a cargo supply of medicine for a refugee camp where actress Charmaine Sheh playing the role of “Dr. Chow” works. It’s a Robin Hood heist aiming to save lives of patients. However, the plan goes wrong when they are caught between stealing from an international drug syndicate instead. It turns to an all-out war.

This new movie was shot in multiple countries including Hungary, Montenegro, Japan, China, Taiwan, and Mongolia. It’s a must-watch movie, action packed with shootouts, car chases and stunts, giving a mix emotions to its audience. Prepare to get hyped, surprised and amazed.

Originally set to debut on October worldwide, we’ll get to watch earlier as Golden Job is set to be released in Malaysia 27 September.
