Discover Malaysia’s unsung heroes in this new action movie!

If you’d hear the word “heroes”, we bet you’ll picture those with capes, masks, and extraordinary superpowers. While those heroes are undeniably amazing in the fictional world, what often slips our mind is the fact that we also have a fair share of brave and determined heroes in real-life.
 

One of which is an elite team in the Royal Malaysian Navy called the Pasukan Khas Laut or ‘PASKAL’. They are no ordinary soldiers as Paskal conducts small-unit maritime military operations and performs guerrilla warfare and counter-guerrilla warfare, jungle warfare, counter-terrorism, hostage rescue and foreign internal defence.

With their skills and reputation, Paskal was able to gain the respect of military units around the world including the US Navy Seal, making them one of Malaysia’s (or the world’s) most elite military units.

Thanks to director Adrian Teh, the Paskal elite team will no longer be Malaysia’s unsung heroes. With his recent movie, Paskal the Movie, director Teh aims to show the audiences what the Paskal team can really do. He also aims to raise the bar on action movies in Malaysia with this new film.
 

To achieve his goal, the cast members undergone a series of training sessions to fully immerse themselves into the role. It includes a three-day intensive Navy training in Lumut, swimming lessons, and knife training as well!
