A Trip for two (2) to Bangkok, Thailand

 

Terms and conditions:

 

1) To participate in this contest, customers are required to:-

a. Take a CREATIVE and FUN picture with the display.
b. Post it on FACEBOOK or INSTAGRAM and #BadGeniusMY.
c. Make sure your profile is PUBLIC.

 

2) Bad Genius Display can be found at the following locations:-

• GSC Gurney Plaza
• GSC Mid Valley Megamall
• GSC Pavilion KL
• GSC IOI City Mall
• TGV Sunway Pyramid

 

3) Contest ends on 25th August 2017. Late entries will not be eligible. Appeal will not be entertained.

 

4) Winners will be selected and notified via email/Instagram by 30th August 2017.

 

5) The prize(s) must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

 

6) The winner confirmation email, along with original and one (01) photocopy IC, must be presented for collection of prizes.

 

7) GSC does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to Internet and or other technical issues. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

 

8) No responsibility is accepted for entries made fraudulently.

 

9) Employees of GSC Movies, website agency or consultant and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the contest.

 

10) GSCM reserves the right to cancel this competition at any stage, if deemed necessary and/or if any circumstance beyond its control arises.

 

11) Winners are required to have a photography session. GSCM reserves the rights to use the photograph(s) for company purposes.

 

12) Winners are required to reply within one (01) week upon being informed. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture and we will proceed to select a replacement winner.

 

13) GSCM’s decision is final. Complaints will not be entertained. Each winner is entitled to one (01) prize only.

 

14) GSCM will not entertain any complaints on the quality and quantity of the prizes after handing the prize to a winner.

 

15) GSCM reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at its absolute discretion WITHOUT prior notice.

Terms and Conditions (Grand Prize: Trip)

 

1) Prize: Bangkok, Thailand trip consisting a pair of return flight tickets, a two-night twin-sharing accommodation in a 3-4 star hotel, subject to availabilities.

 

2) All other expenses, including and not limited to the extension of stay, WiFi access, third occupant, airport transfers, late penalty charges, F&B bill, in-room bar items, room service, International calls, etc, will be borne by the customer.

 

3) Trip must be confirmed within three (03) months from the winner announcement date. No extension permitted. Upon booking, changes of flight date (and accommodation) are subject to surcharge(s), which will be borne by the customer.

 

4) Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited upon expiry of the stipulated date without compensation in any form. No appeal and/or complaints will be entertained.

 

5) Trip bookings (flight tickets and accommodations) for the winner will be arranged by GSC Movies Sdn Bhd. The winners are responsible for making all necessary flights and accommodation arrangements.

 

6) Flight tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. NO SHOW and/or validity date expiry will result in forfeiture.

 

7) The judges’ decision on winners are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
