The Latest Movie in the Resident Evil franchise is finally here!

Resident Evil fans, hold on to your seats because the latest movie is here! With gripping action and stunning life-like animation, Resident Evil: Vendetta is finally arriving in cinemas on May 27th. This is the perfect film for people who love action movies and thriller movies!

In this latest movie, the story begins when a Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance (BSAA) team goes on a mission to find an alleged illegial bio organic weapon (BOW). The BOW contains a brand new strain of a zombie-virus that could infect thousands of humans. The team is led by the brave Chris Redfield, a former US military pilot from New York. He asks help from American government agent Leon S. Kennedy and the witty biochemistry professor Rebecca Chambers.

The team finds the bio organic weapon, apparently known as ‘the Trigger Virus’, being held by Glenn Arias. Glenn has a vengeance plan to spread the virus all over New York to infect people there. The team pursues him but Glenn escapes after an explosion in the mansion that the BSAA team were in investigating. What happens then? Better catch this movie in cinemas!

This computer-animated biopunk Japanese movie is based on the widely known horror video game by Capcom. It follows Resident Evil: Damnation which was released in 2012. This latest movie is directed by Takanori Tsujimoto and stars Matthew Mercer, Kevin Dorman, and Erin Cahill as the lead voice actors.
